Thank you for shopping with Puffx Mart. We want to ensure your experience is smooth, fair, and transparent. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making any purchases.
1. Digital Products
All sales of digital products (e.g. software keys, tools, downloads) are final. We do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
2. Duplicate Payments
If you have been charged twice or more for the same product by mistake, please contact us within 48 hours. Once verified, we will process a full refund for the extra payment.
3. Order Cancellation
Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as the product delivery is instant or quick. For any accidental order, contact our support team immediately — we’ll do our best to help if the product hasn’t been delivered yet.
4. Failed Deliveries
If a product fails to deliver due to a system error or technical issue, and the issue is not resolved within 24 hours, you may request a refund or re-delivery.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days via the original payment method or UPI, depending on the situation.
